Most people have heard of the Pacific Crest Trail and the Appalachian Trail, but do you know the name of your local rail-trail? Currently, there’s a nationwide effort to build a network of rail trails from former rail lines, helping to link corridors for people to engage in outdoor activities such as biking, hiking and walking.

Pacific Northwest Mountain Bike Trails

This trail follows the Deschutes River, between the cities of Bend and Sunriver. This trail boast spectacular scenery, five waterfalls, as well as impressive lava flows. Accessible to all skill levels.
